COVID-19 Bulletin

As you are aware, COVID-19 is creating many challenges and unease globally as well as in our local community. We wanted you to know that the crew at Budget Drainage is working and here to help should you need it.

You can rely on us if you or your family have issues such as a flooded basement because of perimeter drainage failure, diminished or no water in your home, a malfunctioning sump pump or a problem with your sanitary line. We typically work outdoors, away from other people and follow best practices concerning our industry, but, in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking particular care to ensure that crew members maintain their distance (2-metres minimum) from clients and each other whenever possible. None of our crew members take transit, and they have been briefed about following the social distancing and hygiene guidelines as laid out by the BC Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Health Canada. We are continuing to monitor changes in guidelines and will act rapidly to enact any recommended or mandated changes. We have a small and dedicated team of professionals who work for Budget Drainage. Fortunately, no team members have had symptoms, but if any were to develop, they would stay home and self-isolate for 14 days. Our staff is like family, and their health means everything to us, so we ask that, if anyone in your household is unwell, please advise us before we arrive so that we can assess whether your project is appropriate for us at this time. Budget Drainageis the North Shore and Greater Vancouver’s premier source for water lines, sewer lines, drainage and other underground services. We live in the community that we work in and want to do everything that we can to support our neighbors. Help is here if you need it. Stay safe, we will get through this together. Call us to learn more about our services. Rob Rees, Owner Budget Drainage
